The registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Rescue arm of Hidden Pasture Unicorn Farm®.

ME & YOUnicorn is a public charity that primarily rescues horses, but also assists individuals and local charities in the community with fund raising efforts, grants, and donations.

Inspired by animals and focused on working, we want to share and spread that moment of hope and kindness in the community because we are all “Here Together”.

At Hidden Pasture Unicorn Farm® our mission is to help those in need by lifting them up any way we can. We want to help not only our furry friends, but also our human neighbors in the community as well as charitable organizations who are in need of assistance. We want to rescue horses from the slaughter pipeline and rehabilitate them.

Our strategy is not to sprint to the finish but rather a slow, steady, strong marathon of involvement and helping in this journey.

Our Mission:

It’s a different journey for US All to get most things done, you have to have either time or money. Some folks have one or the other, some have both, others have neither.

Rick and Kate created ME & YOUnicorn to be able to pool together resources in the community and share to give to those in desperate need of a moment of help whether 2-legged or 4-legged.

As farmers we have skills, the ability to work, and the desire to see people succeed and the will to use these skills to provide hope for those needing help by keeping it simple, steady, and strong.

It’s not a quick fix, it’s a long haul, and we are here to make sure the little things become the big things, one person, one family, one equine, all together at a time.

Donation Opportunities

We have spent the last four years building a refuge (Hidden Pasture Unicorn Farm®) for our equine rescues to come in and get vetted, rehabbed, and made healthy and happy for guests to come and spoil and love them! The Unicorn Farm® agritourism farm MOSTLY supports our mission financially but we still need your help!
