FAQs
Am I allowed to bring food into the farm?
Yes, absolutely! but ONLY food for people. Also, Door Dash, Pizza Hut, Instacart and more deliver directly to the Farm! (Use this address for navigation for food deliveries: 245 Little Virginia Road, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). Be sure to include your name on the order or my teenage sons may think it’s for them as we frequently order food delivery! 🙂
We do not allow guests to bring food or snacks for animals as that causes biting and kicking. If you have carrots or apples for donating, we can take them (and thank you) but we do not allow feeding those items during open hours.
PLEASE do not feed the animals food while you are eating at the farm! Thank you.
Do you allow Service Animals?
We have a strict no dog policy at the farm due to our extremely dog-aggressive guardian dog and for the safety of other animals and guests on the farm. Our donkeys are very dog-aggressive as well and dogs cause panic for goats, which is why we require advanced notice and appointments.
Service dogs require an appointment and will not be allowed on a drive-up basis. Service dogs must be up to date on all vaccines and recently wormed.
Dogs cannot be left in cars on the farm.
We DO NOT allow emotional support animals. Dogs in strollers are strictly forbidden.
Do you have free parking?
We have free parking available on the farm. There is a strict policy of NO PARKING on the street.
Please do NOT block driveways if there is a line at the farm entrance. Please be courteous and respect neighborhood residents.
